Our lower sleeved rollers are created using an injection-molding process that makes them essentially a one-piece design. This ensures a superior bond between the core and the rubber material and the rubber material to the TeflonŽ sleeve.
This process, while more costly, is far superior to other common production methods. NATT lower sleeved rollers will provide long life by resisting wrinkleing, flat-spotting or "sleeve walk" typical of rollers manufactured using other methods.
